Is there such a thing as too many burgers?
Client: High N' Dry
Year: 2015-present If you ask me, definitely not! And Ben from High N' Dry would tend to agree. I've been working with Ben for almost 10 years creating a variety of branding for them from murals to packaging and t-shirts. Being a family restaurant, I created these cute but cheeky characters to represent the spirit of the brand but can also easily be adapted in to pop culture references littered through the decor of the restaurant. |
As Ben expanded his burger empire, I created promotional material for their yearly festival, Burgapalooza, Australia's biggest burger festival. The assets had to works as a poster but have the individual elements that can be taken apart to be used as giant cutouts around the festival a decoration. 2017's Burgapalooza saw me doing live art during the festival.

Recently Ive been ideating and creating comics for their mail out drops that go out once every quarter. The comic is on one side and that quarter's menu and specials are printed on the other. It's been a challenge to tell a unique story using own three panels but still very fun.

Moving forward into the future, Ben and I would love to develop animated content for High N' Dry, whether it be cinema advertising or short form content for social media. Below are some ideas from a potential collaboration with Menulog.

Finally, as a personal project, I've been developing a search-and-find picture book featuring the mascots of High N' Dry. Each page displays a scene with the burger characters running a-mock. I hope to self publish it and sell it in the High N' Dry stores. Below is a completed page from the book.
